We work directly with contractors, developers and project teams, with a named contact and written scope, inclusions and exclusions.

What to Send
Send the appointed engineer’s drawings where available, project postcode, required package, access information, programme and any finish or documentation requirements. If drawings are not ready, describe the project stage.
Check the Quotation
Delivery, unloading, craneage, lifting equipment, temporary stability, coatings, surveys and handover documentation are included only where stated. Structural design and approval remain with the appointed engineer.
